Regulations of the EuroVouchers.eu portal

These Regulations define the method of using the portal run at eurovouchers.eu (hereinafter also referred to as the “portal”), run by the Operator.

  1. The operator of eurovouchers.eu is NAFAKA LTD which can be contacted in the manner indicated in the “contact” tab on the website or by traditional mail to the address of the registered office.
  2. The object of the Operator’s activity is intermediation in the sale of virtual payment methods in the form of vouchers and prepaid products. In exchange for the payment made to the Operator, the Operator provides the Customer with a product in the form of a code (hereinafter referred to as “the code”) transmitted digitally, which code can be exchanged for services or goods at entities enabling payments of this type.
  3. Using the portal does not require the creation of a user account.
  4. The digital payment methods provided by the Operator are not its property and the Operator is not a guarantor of their implementation. The entities responsible for these payment methods are their issuers, who have their own separate regulations and contractual provisions that may apply to the method and possibility of digital payment by the Customer. The Customer should read such provisions before making a purchase from the Operator, as they may provide for the following restrictions – validity period, limitation of use to specific goods / services or countries, prohibition of sharing codes with third parties. The Operator guarantees that the purchased codes come from their original publishers and enable top-ups at the time of their purchase with entities servicing this type of payment.
  5. In the event of problems with handling payments using the code, the Customer may submit a complaint to the Operator or directly to the issuer of a given payment method.

  7. The method of using the code provided by the Operator remains at the discretion of the Customer, and the Operator does not indicate, provide or oblige the Customer to a specific method of using the code. The operator is also not responsible for the way the code is used by the customer.
  8. In the case of redeeming a code purchased through the Operator, the Operator is not responsible for the quality of the goods or services paid by the Customer at a third party using the code, provided that the code worked correctly. The Operator does not control entities where payments can be made in this form, and therefore is not responsible for their actions, omissions or errors in their websites. Similarly, these entities provide products or services based on their own regulations for the provision of services, which the Customer should read before redeeming the codes.
  9. The execution of the order in the eurovouchers.eu store is done by selecting a product and adding one or more products to the payment basket. After moving to the payment basket, the Customer should enter real data into the payment form and select the method of payment for the order. When making a payment, remember that the data entered into the form must match the details of the owner of the credit card or account from which the payment is made – otherwise the payment will be rejected. As part of the portal, it is not possible to make payments based on fictitious data. The obligation to identify the person making the payment may result from applicable law and also rest with the payment system operator responsible for the process of funds circulation between the Customer and the Portal Operator.
  10. Payment system operators are credit card issuers or entities providing payment services. Payment methods are always visible before finalizing the order, in the “checkout” tab, after going to the basket view.
  11. Purchased digital payments (codes) are sent via e-mail to the e-mail account provided by the Customer in the course of the order. When ordering a code, the customer is obliged to provide his own and correct e-mail address, and failure to comply with this obligation cannot be the basis for a complaint. The codes are sent immediately after the payment is credited to the Operator and should not exceed 24 hours.
  12. Purchased codes are non-refundable, and the possibility of withdrawing from the contract after its conclusion is excluded, due to the fact that the contract concerns digital content.
  13. If the Customer finds that the services provided by the Operator are defective, the Customer is entitled to lodge a complaint via e-mail sent to the following address: nafakaltd@gmail.com or in otherwise indicated in the “contact” tab of the portal.
  14. The operator responds to the complaint immediately, no later than within 14 calendar days from its submission. In the case of requests from the Customer who is a consumer, if the Operator has not responded to this request within fourteen days, it is considered that the request was justified.
  15. If the complaint is accepted, the Operator will reimburse the Customer for the costs related to the paid service to which the reported defect relates. However, the operator is not responsible for the lost benefits of the customer.
  16. The basis for rejection of the complaint are the circumstances listed directly in these Regulations, but also those over which the Operator has no influence, such as – the Customer’s failure to comply with the regulations of third parties with whom the Customer redeems the codes purchased from the Operator, temporary limitations in the availability of services of issuers of digital methods payments made available via the portal, the Customer’s failure to comply with the issuers’ regulations referred to in section 6 above, providing false data by the Customer in the ordering process.
  17. In the event of disputes, the common court competent for the Customer may be competent to resolve them. It is also possible to resolve the dispute by the competent consumer protection authorities or the ODR dispute resolution platform, available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home2.show&lng=PL
  18. The method of processing personal data is regulated in the privacy policy.
